LGMD Awareness Day

To mark Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy (LGMD) Awareness Day, MDP organized a highly impactful public advocacy campaign. The initiative featured an **Awareness Walk** where community members, supporters, and patients marched together holding banners to raise local visibility for rare muscle diseases. Following the walk, an interactive **Educational Seminar** was hosted utilizing multimedia presentations to train doctors, caretakers, and individuals on diagnosis pathways, standard disease management, and standard rehabilitation tools.
